AFAB observes National Day of Mourning

In remembrance of Typhoon Kristine victims, the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) participated in the nationwide observance of the Day of National Mourning on Monday, November 4, 2024.

The Philippine flag was flown at half-mast in front of the AFAB administration building and a prayer was offered during the flag-raising ceremony. The flag remained at half-mast from sunrise to sunset as a mark of respect.

According to the latest report from the NDRRMC, the death toll caused by Typhoon Kristine has reached 146 with an estimated eight million people or over two million families affected.The post AFAB observes National Day of Mourning appeared first on 1Bataan.
